What about a section for personal notes? For instance: "170630 is the lady bothering me about the lower rate on the 2QBV because she originally booked the 1KBV." This section could be something like for-your-eyes-only. I don't know, thoughts???

In CALLS, we should be able to send out tickets to BOTH maintenance and housekeeping. Example: bug infestation because screen door fell off. Todd would need to get in there to fix the door, and housekeeping to clean dead bugs.

When I click on View / Update ticket in Clean I get a 404 error.
