Allow the service template to include roles outside of the service. It is repetitious to add roles outside the service each week. It would be great if you could include those as part of the service template.

Your website is very clunky! It has to many adds, and it hard to navigate. Plus the informational video seems like of very low quality. I am a college student studying worship ministry, and would not chose your site simple because of its look.

I am using Service Builder in New Zealand. Down here we write our dates using DD-MM-YYYY format. I would be great to have an option to change the date settings display format.
