Can't call to Uzbekistan free,today is 9 FREE minutes,why call are not availible???

It's being good but few days ago in the second call I always lost the sound and couldn't hear the other person and think they couldn't as well.

its good, but it requires some thing like ... after invitation of every 5 persons one free call should be increase in quota.
