Why do I need this when I have shortcuts to launch my programs? - useless and therefore uninstalled.

The help file is appalling, it's very disorganized and not in the usual windows format. The developer needs to completely redo the help file

What an appalling looking user inferface. The developer should redo the GUI to bring it up to date.

Include more tools such as a PDF decrypter with this software. As it stands it's rather specialized and expensive.
