To duplicate, just place a guideline (the green line), then attempt to place another anywhere on the image. For me, using Win7 x64, it crashes every time. (And I still don't know what this tool is used for, by the way.)
Allow custom icons to be used, and support grabbing icons from the shell (dll and exe), in addition to .ico files. Allow icons to be assigned to tree menus and folders as well. Cheers!
