When trying to 'watch' an already 'watched' listing, generate a message of some kind reminding the user that the listing is already being watched, denoted by the star icon.
Provide a checkbox/hyperlink on the jamonjoo welcome page, or when agreeing to the terms of service, or even on your listings page that when clicked can offer the option to add the jamonjoo website to your favorites/bookmarks.
While browsing the 'All Categories' listing screen, highlight in red/large text/bold the currently active category you are in (sort of like a 'you are here' effect).
Display newly created listings in the user's 'waiting approval' section of my listings and enable the approval of these posts for admins to process into active listings.
